Year 3 have been working very hard this term and have enjoyed the ‘Woodland Watch’ topic.
As part of the topic, the children have enjoyed learning about the wildlife in their local area.
The children have designed and created their own Woodland Animal puppet. They were able to explore different materials and techniques to construct a puppet using fabric.
The children were skill of sewing, which they enjoyed!
It was lovely to see the children being creative with their ideas.
The children were able to evaluate their ideas and finished model against a design criteria and considered possible ways to improve their work.
They were all very pleased with the finished project.
