Year 3 were proud to show off all their work they’ve been doing on the Borrowers topic in their class assembly.
They designed and made hand puppets based on a Borrowers character. The highlight of the assembly was the puppet cat walk!
They also got to perform their song ‘count on me’ which reflects how they all look after each other.
The children shared their text map on ‘how to catch a being.’ Everyone loved hearing about how they had caught Mr Gower using these instructions to stop him squashing Borrowers!
The home learning was also showcased for all the adults to see.
Everyone enjoyed taking part and we were so proud of their performance. Thank you to all the adults who came. Well done Year 3!
