We are delighted to still be providing hot school meals for the pupils at Kingsleigh Primary School and to be informing you that meal ordering will be transferring to the Meal Selector online system from September 2018.
The link below describes the process on how to register and place your hot meal orders. The order for week commencing Monday 3rd September 2018 must be ordered by midnight on Sunday 26th August and all weeks beyond must be ordered by midnight of the Sunday- a whole week before. You will be able to access the system from 6th July when the Winter menu will be available to allow you to place meal orders for the new term.
If you do not have access to the internet please contact Chartwells directly on 01202 691038 who will place your child’s meal orders on your behalf.
Even if you do not have to pay for your child’s meals you MUST register and order through Chartwells. The School office are happy to advise on ordering but we cannot accept orders through school. If you DO NOT order your child’s lunch you will need to provide a packed lunch.
When registering via the Dorset Meal Selector website: https://dorset.mealselector.co.uk, the system will automatically default to receive important information from Chartwells relating to the meal service or meal booking reminders, please do not un-tick this box.
The Winter 2018 menu runs through to the end of the term and we recommend that you book meals for the whole term to ensure meals have been ordered without having to remember to book them on a weekly basis.
