Wow! Another hard working week for team Year 4. We are amazed at the fantastic home learning that is being sent in daily and it is wonderful to see the children working just as hard at home as they always do in school. Here are some of this weeks highlights.
Year 4 have been exploring the Egyptian pyramids and finding out interesting facts. Did you know they were built mostly of limestone? Did you know that the pyramids of Egypt are all built to the west of the River Nile? Did you know that inside each of the pyramids is a mummy (the mummified remains of a pharaoh)? Then, some children had a go at making a pyramid model out of Lego.
In Maths, the children have been busy learning about fractions and in English they have been putting their awesome theme park creations into a leaflet to persuade people to visit.
Well done Year 4. Keep up your amazing work and thank you for sharing your home learning with us.
