This week marked the first of many based around chronological reports in English. We have learnt our text map, added actions to it and identified all of its features.
We’ve also been looking at semi colons and using them in our sentences.
In maths, we’ve been focusing on division and using lots of different methods to solve these tricky calculations.
The teachers were amazed by the Vikings work that you have all been doing.
Maisy’s spectacular writing about artefacts.
We’ve seen some excellent artwork this week too! It has all been based around our book, The BFG.
A great drawing by Mason!
Dexter’s rather impressive food art!
A great picture, by Jasmine, complete with illustrations!
A spectacular drawing by Amy.
Lots of us are making the most of Lockdown 3.0, some of us are learning new skills, others are getting fit and all of us are enjoying ourselves! Take a look for yourself!
Phoenix and her family have been planting potatoes in the garden!
Tayo has been inspired by Marcus Rashford and is getting fit!
Poppy and her sister, Florence, have been virtually attending the Kingsleigh Primary Dance Classes!
Joey has been making his own lunch!
It’s been wonderful to see how you are all doing this week, we hope you all have a happy and restful weekend. Keep up the great work, at home and in school.
