School Uniform
We are delighted to let you know that our Kingsleigh uniform can now be bought from CJI Clothing Ltd (545-547 Wimborne Rd, Bournemouth BH9 2AP – 01202 249244). The uniform can be purchased either in store or online.

As we will no longer stock uniform in school, we have also made a change to the school uniform grant. Families should apply for the grant via the school office and, if successful, you will receive a voucher of up to £25 per child to be spent at CJI.
The voucher will be sent to you by email.
SWAP SHOP
We now have a KPS SWAP SHOP which is situated by the bagel station every Wednesday. Please feel free to swap items of uniform, donate or just take what you need.
We believe that coming to school in full uniform gives everyone a sense of pride and identity in Kingsleigh Primary School. Children are expected to come to school in full uniform.

- White polo shirt (KS1) / white shirt (KS2)
- Kingsleigh logo sweatshirt / cardigan
- Dark grey or black trousers / skirt / shorts / pinafore dress
- Kingsleigh school tie (KS2)
- Black sensible school shoes (not trainers)
- Plain coloured socks / tights (e.g. grey, navy, black, white)
- Blue and white gingham dress in the summer term (optional)

These items are all available to order online with the Kingsleigh logo, however, non-logo versions are acceptable and easily available in most supermarkets.

We will let you know when it is your child’s turn to have swimming lessons – for these they will need a swimming costume (one piece for girls), a swimming hat and goggles.

Book Bags
Kingsleigh branded book are available and these can purchased online and are an optional extra to our school uniform.
Hair, make up and jewellery
Long hair must be tied up at all times and make up should not be worn by pupils. A watch and one stud earring in each ear is the only acceptable jewellery. No jewellery should be worn for PE lessons, unless official permission has been granted.
Additional Information
Children should come to school with a coat when that is appropriate for the weather conditions on that day Additionally, during hot weather they should also bring a sun hat into school
It is essential that all items of clothing are marked with a child’s name so that they can be easily identified if lost.
